Business

You've made your holiday purchases online and now you need to return some of the items that you've bought. Online merchants usually post their return policies on their websites and hopefully you've checked them out before you made your purchases. Most sites will require you to mail your purchases back, and/or offer a customer service number for help with merchandise returns. Some online stores, like Toys 'R Us, offer the alternative of returning items to their brick and mortar locations while others may ask you to mail the item(s) back to the store or manufacturer.

General Internet shopping tips and information about merchandise returns.
