(PITTSBURGH, PA & STAMFORD, CT - February 9, 2001) The Insider Radio Network and Syndicated Solutions Inc have reached an agreement in which Syndicated Solutions will syndicate "Internet Insider with David Radin", the flagship show of The Insider Radio Network.

"Internet Insider stands out as an Internet show that almost any talk station will want." according to Bob Carey, President of Syndicated Solutions. "It's lively, entertaining, and full of features that make good listening - whether the listener uses the Internet or not. But it has a special draw for Internet users and soon-to-be users."

As part of the agreement, Syndicated Solutions will offer Internet Insider and a one-minute daily version of the show called "Megabyte Minute". Syndicated Solutions will be responsible for all new business development and account maintenance activities pertinent to affiliate relations nationwide, station clearance and communications with station programmers.
