DOT-COM COLLISIONS!

Uzi Nissan

Uzi Nissan, Nissan Computer Corporation has a very familiar last name, especially if you know your cars (He has no connection to the car maker). On our show heard the weekend of August 12, 2000, Uzi and his attorney Neil Greenstein talked with David about their legal battle with the Nissan Corporation over the right to use one's own name in a Web address. Can we expect more legal woes for small businesses with websites?

Uzi Nissan and his attorney Neil Greenstein, describe their battle with Nissan Motors, the automaker who sued Uzi over his Web address! (05:17)

David, along with in-studio guest, Manu Kumar (VP of Interactive Technology for E.piphany), challenge Uzi on his website, and Neil on what the legal issues are in lawsuits like this (03:53)
