Welcome to the Internet Insider talk radio finale. After almost 7 years, we're turning off our weekly microphone. We'll still be broadcasting "The Megabyte Minute" daily on your favorite radio stations and via streaming audio - but we won't be having those two hour weekend on-air discussions as had been our habit for the last several years.

I will personally continue to provide you with helpful tips, alerts and discussions via The Insider TipLetter.

Thanks to all our listeners, stations, guests, callers and anyone involved in making Internet Insider what it was. Over the years, we became the only Internet/technology radio show on stations in all of the top 10 US markets; we've been finalist for four of the prestigious A.I.R. Awards (including Best Weekend Show) and have won several other smaller awards; we've introduced scores of listeners to new concepts, technologies, and tech-savvy individuals. And had fun while we were at it. Make no mistake about it, though: Although my name was on the marquee, it was a team effort in which many people played a part.

Although there are many people who deserve credit, several stand out for their major contributions:

• Laurence Gaines Jr (LG to you) for his major roles on mike and off - including as refreshing side-kick, and the person who worked the deals to get most of our major guests
• Dean Trew for being the glue in the network
• Andrea Goldberg for making sure that there is always a WOW and full Stellar list - as well as making sure other things go well behind the scenes

• Cindy Harris for understanding the concept from day one and helping us on and off air at almost any time
