Contests Conducted by Internet Insider

We like to give things away at Internet Insider -- "Radio with Byte". But we also want to make sure that we are fair to everybody involved. So we have set up a few rules and caveats to govern our contests.

General Contest Rules
  1. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. Some contests will have more stringent eligibility requirements that will be stated either on the air or on our web site.
  2. If you have won one of our contests during the previous 30 days, you may not win again -- until the 30-day period is up.
  3. You may not win more than four times per year.
  4. For some contests, you might have to be a subscriber to our Insider Guides. For these contests, your entry is not valid unless we have your complete, accurate e-mail address U.S. mail address and telephone number.
  5. If we notify you that you have won (by e-mail, by telephone, or by U.S. mail), and if we require an acceptance (which we do on some contests), you must accept within the specified time frame. If you do not accept as required, we reserve the right to re-award the prize(s) to another winner. In such a case, you would forfeit your prize.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, and allowed by law, no purchase is required to enter our contests.
  7. Internet Insider contests are not valid where prohibited by law.
  8. From time to time, we'll post rules governing a specific contest. If no rules are posted (or read on our show), then the contest is governed by the rules you see here. These rules govern all of our contests. Any rules for specific contests override any of these rules to the extent that they are not consistent.
